About the event

Date & Time: Saturday, September 14, 2024, 8:45am – 12:00pm

In today’s world, entrepreneurs are bombarded with technology and data-based tools to manage their businesses. The internet, social media, data mining and artificial intelligence are all beneficial and necessary tools, but sole reliance on them tends to make managers one dimensional by ignoring the human side of management. While businesses are driven by profit and productivity, they are ultimately powered by people. Successful businesses are managed by leaders with compassion, empathy, and heart.

The concept of LEAD with LOVE is about leaders understanding and prioritizing their number one asset – their people. This workshop will expose you to strategies to Lead with Love, on self-love and how to adopt a Heart-Centered Approach to leadership and why applying these strategies is effective toward creating a workplace where hearts flourish, employees thrive, and the organization prospers! A win-win for everyone! This will be an interactive workshop with the opportunity to share experiences, ask questions and get answers to real problems.

Learning Objectives:

  • Lead with compassion, empathy, and heart to optimize human potential, providing a more engaged, motivated, and collaborative workforce.
  • Foster a workplace culture where individuals feel valued, supported, and empowered to navigate the demands of work and life, leading employees to be more productive and loyal to the organization.
  • Take action, influence change, and inspire others to create a sense of purpose and direction, providing a positive organizational culture and boosting employee morale.
